Drawing and photography are central to my practice. Both make pressing - if sometimes fictitious - claims to the capture of lost moments.

Dragon tree
I've had very little time for either drawing in my sketchbooks or taking photographs - and possibly a slightly depleted inclination at the moment, so just a trickle right now...
Am experiencing much the same myself - although I did have a small hiccough of drawing today, and thought of you and your "looking down" posts as I drew a dead juvenile blackbird I found lying on the garden path :)

I just looked at that, Ea - and smiled! There is much death underfoot, but I love that cockerel too!
